WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT?

When we were kids, our parents had us cleaning the windows as chores. Using old buckets and rags, and finishing off with a polish of newspaper, we learnt to get pretty good at it. Fast forward 15 years, we've now embarked on a professional journey together creating a very successful limited company that is expanding rapidly. We're very excited about where we are going and the jobs we are creating for people in the local area.

At empathy, we have a core set of values. These include excellent customer service, being professional & reliable, and just as importantly always doing a job the customer is going to be happy with. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE?

Our service is the most thorough around and includes the frames, sills, and doors as well as the glass on every single clean.

On a first clean, we will whiten up any silicon that has either gone grey or turned brown with brick dust. Frame restoration is also a big part of transforming your windows. We use extra solutions and tools to get the frames sparkling white again, like brand new!

You will also receive a reminder notification the evening before a clean.
